Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to balance all hotel income and expenses for a 24-hour operation. The role includes nightly revenue audits, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality or accounting experience preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Balances and audits daily revenue and assists with preparation of reports.
• Balances and audits for taxes, cashier reports and house charges to ensure accuracy.
• Completes and transmits daily management and accounting reports.
• Prepares customer tracking reports.
• Communicates with other hotel departments to resolve accounting discrepancies or provide information.
• Performs all guest service representative functions as required (booking, phones, messages).
