Holiday Inn Express in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking a dependable Night Auditor for our 11pm–7am shift. You will balance and audit daily revenue, prepare reports, and support other hotel departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.

The role requires strong math, accounting and customer service skills, with opportunities for promotion and training as part of our family-owned team. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour.

Responsabilidades

• Balances and audits daily revenue and assists with preparation of reports.
• Balances and audits for accuracy for taxes, cashier reports and house charges.
• Completes and transmits daily management and accounting reports.
• Prepares customer tracking reports.
• Communicates with other hotel departments to resolve accounting discrepancies or provide information.
• Performs guest service tasks such as bookings, answering phone calls and messages.

Typical Shift: Overnight shifts with varying start time

Responsibilities of Night Auditor include:

• Balances and audits daily revenue and assists with preparation of reports
• Balances and audits for accuracy for taxes, cashier reports and house charges
• Completes and transmits daily management and accounting reports
• Prepares customer tracking reports
• Communicates with other hotel departments (when necessary) to resolve accounting discrepancies or provide information
• Performs ALL guest service representative functions as required which may include booking room reservations, answer phone calls and notifying guests of messages
