Job summary

The Olympia Companies is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight hotel operations, manage guest accounts, and assist guests with check-in/check-out. This role supports revenue integrity and guest satisfaction through accurate financial processing and proactive service.

The position requires attention to detail, ability to work the night shift (10pm-6am or 11pm-7am), and commitment to team collaboration in a values-driven hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and ability to work overnight shifts.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and financial data is helpful.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Process reservations and upsell where appropriate.
• Audit and reconcile daily and monthly financial reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily operating and tax reports per hotel standards.
• Consolidate and transmit credit card settlements in a timely manner.
• Maintain accuracy in guest accounts and housekeeping related postings.
• Communicate supply and facility issues to management as needed.
• Respond to governmental inquiries and internal audit requests.
