Job summary

The Oregon Health Authority is seeking a Facility Maintenance Specialist to perform routine and emergency repairs across hospital facilities, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, glass replacement, and general maintenance tasks.

This in-office role operates on an overnight schedule—Mon-Thurs, 9pm-7am—supporting hospital operations and safety. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a path for ongoing state service in Salem.

Qualifications

• Two years of general building maintenance, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, painting or plastering experience.
• Journeyman license/card in any above trades can substitute for the experience.

Responsibilities

• Completes routine and emergency maintenance repairs in all areas of the hospital.
• Includes minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, glass replacement, painting and general upkeep.
