Job summary

The Oregon Health Authority is seeking a Facility Maintenance Specialist to perform routine and emergency repairs across hospital facilities. You will tackle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, glass, painting, and general maintenance tasks to keep areas safe and functional.

The role operates overnight (Mon-Thurs 9pm-7am) and requires at least two years of building trades experience or a journeyman license. Local travel is not required. Salary range listed; benefits available.

Qualifications

• Two years of: general building maintenance; carpentry; electrical; mechanical; painting; or plastering experience.
• A journeyman's license/card in any of the above trades may substitute for this experience. Include a copy with your application.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance repairs across hospital facilities.
• Handle minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, glass replacement, and painting tasks.
• Install bulletin boards, unclog toilets, wall repairs, and related maintenance as needed.
