HIA Health in Fargo, ND is seeking an After Hours RN to provide hospice nursing care during evenings and overnights. The role includes triaging calls, delivering skilled nursing care at patients’ homes, and supporting families during end-of-life visits.

The position runs 5PM–8AM, Sunday through Saturday, with 7 days on/7 days off and benefits eligibility. Starting pay is $36.06/hour with shift differential and overtime potential.

Formación

• RN degree required; BSN preferred.
• Experience in hospital, nursing home or homecare/hospice preferred.
• Strong clinical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to problem-solve independently.

Responsabilidades

• Triage patient calls and provide nursing interventions after hours.
• Provide supportive care in patients' homes during evenings and nights.
• Support and follow through to families during actively dying and death visits.
• Collaborate with the hospice team as needed.
