Optimal Care - Evergreen in Carmel, IN is looking for a Hospice After Hours Registered Nurse (RN) for their growing team. This position offers a consistent 7-on / 7-off schedule that allows nurses to balance work and life while providing compassionate care to patients in need.

The ideal candidate will have a current nursing license, at least one year of clinical experience, and strong skills in independent decision-making. This role requires travel within the service area for home care, and offers a competitive salary along with generous benefits including paid time off.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice care during overnight hours.
• Assess and manage urgent symptoms and provide nursing interventions.
• Work independently while coordinating closely with the hospice team.
