Job summary

BrightStar Care Northwest Compassionate Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate CNA for awake overnight shifts in Coon Rapids. Shifts are 10pm–7am on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and alternating weekends, serving a specific client with personalized care.

You will provide personal care, monitor vital signs under a registered nurse, and support the patient’s care plan while delivering companionship and reliable, respectful support in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
• Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
