Qualifications

• Experience in high complexity histocompatibility testing and molecular typing.
• Proficiency in antibody monitoring and flow cytometry testing.
• Ability to analyze HLA alleles and haplotype frequency with SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Perform HLA typing using molecular methods per SOPs.
• Analyze and interpret HLA alleles and haplotype frequency.
• Isolate lymphocytes from blood, spleen, and lymph nodes.
• Conduct antibody screening via Flow Cytometry Crossmatch and report results.
• Perform antibody screening and specificity analysis using Luminex methods.
