Vanderbilt Health in Nashville, TN seeks a Licensed Medical Laboratory Supervisor to lead the Histocompatibility & Immunogenetics Laboratory. You will supervise staff, manage budgets and capital plans, and uphold quality and safety standards in a world-class transplant center environment.

You will collaborate with the lab leadership team to align clinical activities with performance metrics, ensuring optimal patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Laboratory Supervisor - Tennessee Medical Lab Board.
• 5 years of relevant work experience in a clinical laboratory.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• Strong leadership and staff management abilities.
• Ability to oversee budgets and capital projects.

Responsabilités

• Monitors and coordinates programs within areas of responsibility; fiscal accountability for sections.
• Develops goals and budgets; plans priorities and program development.
• Monitors payroll reports, overtime, and performance appraisals.
• Leads clinical laboratory sections and guides supervisors to optimize patient care.
