Job summary

MGM Springfield, operated by MGM Resorts International, is hiring a Heavy-Duty Kitchen Cleaner on a part-time overnight schedule. The role involves deep cleaning of kitchen areas and equipment, handling dishwashing tasks, and maintaining sanitation across the kitchen area in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old, may have prior kitchen stewarding or dishwasher experience, and must communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Prior kitchen stewarding/dishwasher experience is a bonus.
• Effective communicate in English, both oral and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Clean ceilings, walls, and items that may require ladder work.
• Deep clean cooking equipment (char broiler, griddle, salamander, deep fryer).
• Wash pots, pans, dishes in a three-compartment sink or pot machine.
• Maintain detergents, sanitize and air-dry wares.
• Wash floors, sinks, tables, and cutting boards; mop floors.
• Transport and stage equipment and supplies as needed for kitchen operations.
