Responsibilities

• Break down, load, unload, and sort dishes, glassware, and cutlery in the dish area.
• Wash and store pots and other kitchen equipment in the correct locations.
• Operate the dishwashing machine and monitor chemical output as needed.
• Inspect cleaned dishes and stack them properly on carts and shelves.
• Polish silver, copper, and brass as required.
• Transport equipment to outlets and maintain clean work areas.
