Job summary

Vivvi Early Learning in Liberty, NC seeks a Head Teacher to oversee child well-being and development and to design inquiry-based curricula. You will lead planning, implement engaging activities, and interact with families to discuss growth and milestones.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in ECE or Child Development with 2+ years in licensed childcare and demonstrated leadership in a head-teacher role. Independent US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care center.
• 2+ years of experience as Head Teacher or similar role with lesson planning.
• Ability to lead parent-teacher conferences and liaise with families.
• Strong relationships with families, children and staff.
