Job summary

A leading fitness center in Henderson is seeking an Overnight Member Services Representative to provide excellent customer service during the overnight shift. You will manage cleaning assignments, assist with memberships, and ensure a welcoming environment for members and guests. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Manages cleaning assignments during the overnight shift.
• Prepares the facility for the AM shift.
• Greets all members & guests with a focus on member engagement.
• Assists with membership and retail sales.
• Delivers on new member enrollment expectations.
