Job summary

EōS Fitness in Dallas, Texas is looking for an Overnight Service Associate to warmly welcome members and guests, answer inquiries, and guide them through gym services and membership options. You will check in patrons, process payments, and ensure the front desk runs smoothly through a fast-paced night shift.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask while upholding our core values.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk roles.
• Experience or interest in the fitness industry is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work overnight hours (10pm–6am) as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Provide information about gym services, programs, and memberships.
• Address inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Check-in members and guests using the gym’s management system.
• Oversee check-in alerts and notifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and stock supplies.
• Process payments for memberships, classes, and retail items.
• Follow safety protocols to protect members and staff.
• Monitor inventory of coolers, beverages, and bar items; track sales.
