Job summary

EōS Fitness in Las Vegas is seeking an Overnight Service Associate to provide a welcoming, professional experience to members and guests. You will greet, inform, and assist while managing check-ins and inquiries in a fast-paced, gym environment.

The role supports the front desk operations overnight (10pm–6am), with responsibilities spanning member services, payments, and safety. CPR is required within 30 days of hire, and ongoing trainings are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk roles.
• Willingness to work overnight hours (10pm–6am).
• Must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and gym management software.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Provide information about gym services, programs, and memberships.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Check-in members and guests using the gym’s management system.
• Oversee and manage check-in alerts and notifications.
• Ensure the front desk is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Process payments for memberships, classes, and retail items.
• Follow safety protocols to protect members and staff.
• Monitor inventory levels for coolers and beverage items.
