Fairfield Inn & Suites Blaine is seeking a Night Auditor for the overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM) on a part-time basis. You will welcome guests, check them in and out, and handle reservations while ensuring accuracy in billing and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with major hotel brands (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt) preferred.
• Basic computer skills to operate property management and reservations systems.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out and issue keys; answer calls promptly and courteously.
• Upsell rooms to maximize revenue and log guest preferences.
• Process cash/credit transactions and manage safety deposit boxes.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure service quality and resolve issues.
