Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, check them in and out, and ensure laundry and dishware are cleaned and stored according to standards.

You will stock carts, process reservations and breakfasts, and report safety or security issues promptly. English proficiency and ability to operate the PMS are required, with a focus on guest satisfaction and hotel cleanliness. Typical shift is 11:00pm–7:00am, in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and associates.
• Operate the property management system technology and manage shift reports.
• Follow safety rules and procedures and complete routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist overnight guests, check-in/out, and collect payments per guidelines.
• Process laundry: stains, wash, dry, fold linens and towels.
• Wash, dry, and package dishware according to standards.
• Stock carts, carts rooms, and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Process reservations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct property tours to inspect cleanliness and maintenance.
• Report safety and security issues to management promptly.
