Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, handle check-ins/outs, and perform laundry and dishware duties in accordance with brand standards.

The role requires maintaining daily cleanliness, stocking supplies, and following safety and security procedures, including reporting issues promptly. The shift typically runs from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, with a focus on guest experience and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests and associates.
• Ability to operate the property management system and work through shift reports.
• Follows safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Completes routine reports and correspondence.
• Performs basic arithmetic for transactions and measurements.
• Applies good judgment at all times.
• Manages problems and resolves guest-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out and collect payments per guidelines.
• Process laundry and dishware to standards (wash, dry, fold, pack).
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to maintain PAR levels.
• Handle reservations, registrations, payments, and departures as directed.
• Maintain grab-and-go breakfast setup per brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours for cleanliness and safety checks.
• Adhere to all policies and promptly report safety or security issues.
