Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guests and maintain laundry and related operations. Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, handling laundry and dishwashing, restocking supplies, and assisting with breakfast setup while following brand standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests and associates.
• Operate the property management system and complete shift reports when needed.
• Follow safety rules and maintenance instructions per company documents.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform basic math for transactions and measurements.
• Apply good judgment at all times.
• Manage problems and address guest-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist overnight guests with check-in and check-out.
• Perform laundry tasks: wash, dry, fold linens, towels, blankets, shower curtains.
• Process all hotel dishware per standards: wash, dry, package.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures as guided.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours for cleanliness and safety.
• Report safety and security issues and handle cash and keys per policy.
