ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight, check in/out, and manage laundry duties in line with company guidelines. The role also involves answering phones, maintaining safety standards, stocking carts, processing reservations and breakfasts, and performing additional duties as assigned to ensure guest satisfaction.

The position requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work overnight shifts in a hotel

Qualificações

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and associates.
• Operate the property management system technology.
• Understand and follow documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Apply good judgment at all times.
• Manage problems, address and solve guest-related issues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overnight guest service, including check-in/check-out and payment collection.
• Handle all laundry: wash, dry, fold linens and towels per standards.
• Process all dishware washing, drying, and packaging.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Process reservations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours to inspect cleanliness.
• Follow safety, cash-handling, and key-control policies.
• Assist with cleaning of hotel areas as assigned.
• Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
• Perform any additional duties requested by management.
