The Lodge & Club at Ponte Vedra Beach is looking for a detail-oriented Overnight Guest Service Agent to enhance our luxury beachfront resort experience. This role focuses on exceptional guest service paired with nightly audit responsibilities, ensuring a seamless stay for all guests.

You will manage front desk operations, handle guest check-ins and payments, and maintain accurate financial records during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, hospitality, or accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an overnight ambassador providing a welcoming experience.
• Manage overnight front desk operations: check-ins, check-outs.
• Perform nightly audit procedures: balance daily financial transactions.
• Process guest payments following established resort procedures.
• Assist guests with reservations and local recommendations.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.

The Lodge & Club at Ponte Vedra Beach is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Overnight Guest Service Agent to support the front office operations of our luxury beachfront resort. This role combines attentive guest service with nightly audit responsibilities, ensuring a seamless guest experience and accurate financial reporting during overnight hours.

Schedule

11:00 PM–7:00 AMWeekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, hospitality, or accounting experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and confidently manage overnight responsibilities.

• Comfortable using computer systems, processing payments, and completing financial reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an overnight ambassador of The Lodge & Club, providing a welcoming and attentive experience for all guests.

• Manage overnight front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and requests.

• Perform nightly audit procedures, balancing and reconciling daily financial transactions.

• Process guest payments in accordance with established resort procedures.

• Maintain accurate system records, reports, and documentation.

• Assist guests with reservations, dining arrangements, transportation, and local recommendations.

• Coordinate with resort departments to ensure timely and seamless service.

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns.

• Maintain awareness of safety and security concerns and follow established procedures during overnight operations.
