Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to manage overnight guest services and ensure the accuracy of nightly financial reporting. This role handles check-ins/outs, answers calls, and assists housekeeping as a runner during the midnight shift.

You will operate the PMS/POS systems, post and balance revenue, review logs, and maintain security of sensitive financial information while delivering exceptional hospitality throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred.
• Must be able to work the overnight shift (11pm–7am).
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle overnight guest check-ins and check-outs and answer calls.
• Maintain nightly accounting and balance financial data.
• Operate PMS/POS systems and verify room and revenue reports.
• Audit cashiers and balance all related accounts and reports.
