Hy-Vee, Inc. is seeking an Overnight Stocker in Davenport, IA. You will work the overnight shift to keep shelves full, organized, and ready for customers each morning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to six months of similar or related work experience preferred.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and helping them find what they need.
• Assist customers with finding products, reaching items, carrying heavy purchases, and passing feedback to the team.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate product for freshness, and tag shelves.
• Monitor for mis-picked items, product outs, and wrong deliveries; report issues accordingly.
• Work with teammates to ensure a smooth, efficient overnight operation.
• Maintain dress code, hygiene standards, and comply with company policies.
