Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Boston is seeking team members to provide overnight support, receive and prepare product, and maintain floor displays and back stock in line with company standards. Responsibilities

• Check product to ensure it meets WFM quality standards.
• Sort and scan waste accurately.
• Maintain production standards.
• Stock and clean shelves, bins, and food prep areas.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Handle DC and UNFI invoices for deliveries outside store hours.
• Check-in product and report miss-picks to leadership.
• Receive product from receiving location to sales floor or back stock.
• Assist in receiving and sorting overnight deliveries for other teams.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready to work; complete shifts and trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling; answer phones promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follow or ensure compliance with procedures including Weights & Measures and safety.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment; keep equipment in good condition.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; ensure pricing accuracy.
• Report safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
