Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking team members for overnight support to receive and prepare products, maintain floor displays, and uphold health and safety standards. Emphasis on courteous customer service and adherence to SOPs across shifts.

Responsibilities include quality checks, stock replenishment, and assisting with overnight deliveries. Flexible schedule with strong teamwork and safety focus are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in the department.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to perform simple math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Willingness to follow directions, procedures, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Checks product to ensure it meets WFM quality standards.
• Accurately sorts and scans waste.
• Maintains production standards.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and food preparation areas.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Receives product from receiving location to sales floor or appropriate back stock spaces.
• Aids in receiving and sorting overnight deliveries for other teams.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones promptly and courteously.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prep, storing, stocking, and merchandising.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures accuracy of signs and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
