Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Wellesley, MA is seeking an overnight team member to receive, prep, and stock products while keeping the floor and back stock in excellent order. You will help ensure a positive store image through courteous service and adherence to SOPs.

Responsibilities include quality checks, inventory handling, and assisting with deliveries and pricing. No prior retail experience is required; lifting up to 50 pounds and flexible scheduling are expected.

Qualifications

• Visually assess product quality and freshness.
• Perform simple arithmetic (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Communicate effectively with team, customers and vendors.
• Convey information clearly and respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Check product quality against WFM standards.
• Sort and scan waste accurately.
• Maintain production standards and cleanliness.
• Stock and clean shelves, bins and prep areas.
• Keep back stock organized and accessible.
• Process invoices for deliveries outside receiving hours.
• Check in products and report miss-picks to leadership.
• Receive product from receiving to floor or back stock.
• Assist with overnight deliveries for other teams.
• Be punctual, groomed and ready for shifts; attend trainings.
• Provide excellent, timely customer service and upsell where appropriate.
• Prioritize proper prepping, storing, rotation and merchandising.
