Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a team member to provide overnight support by receiving and preparing product, maintaining floor displays, and ensuring back stock accuracy. You will deliver courteous, friendly service and assist with merchandising while adhering to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities include checks for quality, stock maintenance, and timely customer assistance. Requires flexibility for nights/weekends and ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand for 6-8 hours and perform physical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Checks product to ensure it meets WFM quality standards.
• Accurately sorts and scans waste.
• Maintains production standards.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and food preparation areas.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Receives product from receiving location to sales floor or back stock spaces.
• Provides excellent customer service and assists customers promptly.
• Follows health and safety regulations and safe work practices.
