Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking entry-level Team Members to support overnight operations, receive and prepare products, and maintain floor displays and back stock in line with company standards.

Responsibilities include quality checks, stock rotation, customer service, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in the department.
• Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness.
• Ability to perform simple math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Check product quality and ensure it meets standards.
• Sort and scan waste accurately.
• Maintain production standards and organize stock.
• Stock and clean shelves, bins and prep areas.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Handle invoices for deliveries outside receiving hours.
• Check in products and report miss-picks.
• Receive products from receiving to sales floor/back stock.
• Assist with overnight deliveries and scheduling.
• Provide courteous customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, rotation and merchandising.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
