Job summary

Hilton is opening a Signia Hilton Indianapolis and is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join the opening team. The role oversees front office operations, directs the guest service experience, and helps develop an exceptional guest experience from day one.

The position requires overnight schedules (11:00pm–7:30AM) with weekends/holidays as needed, and involves leading a team, training, and ensuring smooth check-ins/outs for guests throughout the shift.

• Ability to create and manage staff schedules, lead pre-shift meetings, and provide training.

Be part of the highly anticipated new hotel opening, Signia by Hilton Indianapolis, and help shape the guest experience from day one! We are building our Front Office team and are currently seeking Front Office Supervisors to join our opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key supervisory role in launching the hotel, assisting with developing an exceptional guest service team, and creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.

Schedule: Overnight shift, 11:00pm – 7:30AM. Days will vary based on business needs and operational demands. Flexibility is required, including weekends and holidays

• Supervise front office team: Lead team members in performing all front office procedures, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest service delivery

• Lead day-to-day team operations: Create team schedules, assign tasks, lead pre-shift meetings, and provide training, guidance, and in the moment feedback

• Lead guest issue resolution: Respond to guest inquiries and concerns directly while supporting team members in in handling complex or escalated issues

• Manage lobby flow: Monitor guest traffic in the lobby and adjust team coverage in real time to maintain service efficiency
