Job summary

Signia Hilton Indianapolis is seeking a Night Auditor to join our opening team for the highly anticipated launch. This overnight role runs 11:00pm–7:30AM, with days varying by business needs and including weekends/holidays.

You will balance transactions, verify payments, investigate discrepancies, and support management while delivering warm hospitality. As part of Hilton, you’ll help shape the guest experience from day one and enjoy the perks that come with joining our award-winning team.

Responsibilities

• Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets
• Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports
• Investigate discrepancies: Identify and resolve anomalies between financial reports and takings
• Assist hotel management: Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use
• Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations
• Guest Service: Check-in guests, assist at the desk, prepare for the upcoming day, run reports as needed

Be part of the highly anticipated new hotel opening, Signia by Hilton Indianapolis, and help shape the guest experience from day one! We are building our Front Office team and are currently seeking Night Auditors to join our opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in launching the hotel.

Schedule: Overnight shift, 11:00pm – 7:30AM. Days will vary based on business needs and operational demands. Flexibility is required, including weekends and holidays
