Job summary

Hilton is opening a Signia Hilton Indianapolis and is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join the opening team. The role oversees front office operations, directs the guest service experience, and helps develop an exceptional guest experience from day one.

The position requires overnight schedules (11:00pm–7:30AM) with weekends/holidays as needed, and involves leading a team, training, and ensuring smooth check-ins/outs for guests throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising front office operations and delivering guest service excellence.
• Ability to create and manage staff schedules, lead pre-shift meetings, and provide training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front office team: lead check-ins/check-outs and guest service delivery.
• Lead day-to-day team operations: create schedules, assign tasks, lead pre-shift meetings, provide training and feedback.
• Lead guest issue resolution: respond to inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Manage lobby flow: monitor guest traffic and adjust coverage in real time.
