Signia Hilton Indianapolis is opening and is seeking a Lead Concierge to join our Front Office team. You will supervise the concierge desk, train staff, and deliver memorable guest experiences from day one.

As Concierge Supervisor, you will respond to guest requests, arrange dining, transportation, events, and local attractions, coordinate special services, and support VIP guests while contributing to budget and payroll efficiency. Join us for an exceptional hospitality career.

• Supervise concierge team: Train, schedule, and supervise concierge team members, providing guidance and support to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Offer recommendations: Provide information and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions
• Coordinate special services: Arrange for medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs
• Support VIP guests: Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high-priority guests
• Promote hotel offerings: Share marketing materials and encourage use of hotel services and programs
• Manage budgets and payroll: Oversee concierge expenditures, including payroll, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with budgetary guidelines
