Job summary

Bridgepoint, LLC is seeking a Task Force Hotel Front Office Manager for a 100% travel assignment in luxury properties. The role leads a front desk team and ensures top-tier guest experiences while managing reservations and PMS operations, billing, and guest data.

Luxurious properties, travel coverage, and two meals daily are included. Opera Cloud PMS experience is preferred to streamline service and standards across assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front desk teams in luxury or upscale hotels.
• Ability to manage guest relations and resolve issues quickly.
• Strong knowledge of property management systems and reservations processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk team: recruit, train, schedule, supervise and develop staff.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and address concerns.
• Oversee PMS usage for reservations, billing and guest data.
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, revenue, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering on room readiness and issues.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards and brand procedures.
