Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Supervisors; conduct shift briefings.
• Perform routine inspections of guest rooms and common spaces for quality.
• Manage inventory, linens, supplies, and budgets for housekeeping.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with engineering for room status issues.
• Address guest complaints promptly and coach staff per policy.
