Qualifications

• Two years of hospitality/guest service leadership experience or related supervisory exposure.
• Ability to speak, read and write English clearly.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse population.
• Proficient in word-processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases and electronic software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front office staff and front desk operations to ensure high guest service standards.
• Hire, train and develop team members; conduct performance appraisals and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Resolve guest issues and coordinate with hotel operations and VIP services.
• Utilize hotel software to manage reservations, guest accounts and room availability; process charges and payments.
