Job summary

Mystic Lake is seeking a Manager, Hotel and Resort Services to lead Front Office and Resort Services for a 750+ room property. You will drive guest experience, revenue growth, and operational excellence, partnering with casino operations and host teams to deliver premium service.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage budgets and labor. You will coach leaders, oversee night audit activities, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field
• 5+ years of hospitality experience in Guest Services, Front Office, Call Center or Revenue Management
• 3+ years of progressive people leadership experience
• Experience managing operations in a large resort/casino hotel with 500+ rooms (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead Hotel Front Office and Resort Services to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Drive revenue growth and profitability while managing budgeted expenses
• Oversee labor scheduling and workforce planning across shifts
• Partner with casino operations, VIP services and host teams to support high-value guests
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety procedures and regulatory requirements
• Coach and develop department managers and frontline leaders
• Coordinate with Finance on revenue reconciliation and financial reporting
• Lead service recovery efforts and maintain service standards across all guest touchpoints
