Job summary

The Westin Chattanooga is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This non-exempt, hourly role balances nightly operations, performs night audit reporting, and ensures exceptional guest service during the overnight shift.

You will work 11pm–7am on Fridays and Saturdays, with 2-3 days per week, performing front desk duties, using PMS and other hotel systems, and helping maintain 100% occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule to cover days, evenings or nights, including weekends.
• Overnight hotel experience preferred; Marriott experience preferred.
• Strong cash handling and accounting familiarity.
• Professional English communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate night audit duties and balance end-of-shift reports.
• Manage reservations and check-ins for optimal occupancy.
• Maintain front office systems and brand procedures.
• Uphold guest service and safety during overnight hours.
• Upsell rooms to walk-ins and phone reservations.
