White Lodging is hiring a Night Auditor to join our hotel front desk and accounting team in Milwaukee. This full-time overnight role emphasizes balance of hotel transactions, nightly audit reporting, and exceptional guest service while the world sleeps.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or night auditor experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for guest service.
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy in balanced reports and nightly audits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel guests during overnight hours for front desk tasks like check-in/check-out and requests.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions at close of day, including credit card reconciliation and cash handling.
• Follow all hotel credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures per White Lodging standards.
• Run nightly audit reports, record revenues and statistics, and prepare end-of-night summaries for management.
• Explain standard hotel reports and folios to on-site staff and maintain data security throughout shifts.
