Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa in Florida. You will greet guests, check them in/out, and provide information about the hotel and local area during the overnight shift from 11pm to 7am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work the overnight shift (11pm–7am).
• Provide exceptional guest service and engage with guests from around the world.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer and front desk software skills.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, register guests, and note special requests.
• Provide knowledge about the hotel, amenities, and local area.
• Resolve issues and WOW guests through recovery when needed.
• Promote and sell hotel programs and services.
• Interact professionally with hotel/resort staff and other departments.
• Be familiar with emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain a house bank and balance cash receipts.
• Generate and distribute daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure night audit procedures are followed with attention to detail.
