Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa is hiring a Bell Attendant. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and guide them from arrival to their rooms, sharing hotel amenities and local highlights along the way.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems when they arise.
• Ability to work in a team environment is a must.
• Pleasant and helpful personality; excellent verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, engaging demeanor and assist with luggage as needed.
• Escort guests to front desk for check-in and to their rooms, explaining hotel amenities.
• Provide knowledge about hotel services and local area to enhance Wanderlust experience.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a personalized guest experience; maintain lobby areas.
