Job summary

Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel in Neenah, WI is seeking a Night Auditor. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, answer phone calls, check-in and check-out guests, balance daily hotel and F&B transactions, and resolve guest issues.

Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays, Overnight Shift 11 PM–7 AM. The team emphasizes service excellence and offers growth opportunities within a community-focused hospitality leader.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to report financial information clearly.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with basic math and front desk computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs all audit procedures on a nightly basis.
• Prepares and balances all cash receipts and deposits.
• Verifies wake-up calls and handles guest requests.
• Balances hotel and F&B revenues; prints daily reports.
• Assists in front office operations during night shift.
• Acts as Guest Services Agent and Manager on Duty during night hours.
