Responsibilities

• Answer guest calls and respond to individual needs.
• Late check-ins and early departures including luggage handling.
• Log and deliver wake-up calls; conduct security checks after hours.
• Open and process guest folios and departure letters.
• Assist Controller with various tasks as needed.
