Qualifications

• One year of related hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk and assist guests with inquiries during pre-arrival, registration, stay, checkout and post-departure.
• Complete end of day activities including posting charges, balancing ledgers, nightly close, back-up and roll date.
• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure timely check-in/check-out.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, rates, discounts and local events.
• Process all payment types and ensure accurate daily closing reports.
