Concord is hiring a Night Auditor to deliver exceptional overnight service while managing financial processes and supporting front desk operations. You will balance daily transactions, verify room status, and complete nightly reports to ensure a secure, well-run hotel environment.

The role requires handling check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and guest satisfaction. Overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong attention to detail with financial data.
• Good guest service and professional communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and hotel software systems.
• Able to adapt to a flexible schedule including overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Audit and balance daily financial transactions, including credit cards, revenue, and guest folios.
• Verify room status, availability, and front desk transactions for accuracy.
• Complete nightly reports, audit paperwork, and required documentation.
• Perform front desk duties, including check-in/out, reservations, and phone inquiries.
• Respond to guest requests and provide hotel and local information.
• Maintain cash handling, security procedures, and overnight safety standards.
• Keep the front desk/lobby clean and support basic setup needs.
• Communicate issues with housekeeping and maintenance.
