Job summary

Margaritaville Lake Resort Lake of the Ozarks in Osage Beach, MO is hiring for an Overnight Night Auditor. The role combines Front Desk, PBX Operator, and accounting close duties, with a nightly audit focus and daily revenue reporting. The position is Full Time, on-site, with a starting pay of $17 per hour.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of Front Desk experience, be available nights, weekends and holidays, and demonstrate strong guest service and computer skills. EOE.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hotel Front Desk experience.
• Overnight shift availability.
• Professional communication with guests and team members.
• Able to operate front desk duties and PBX functions.

Responsibilities

• Run audit reports for nightly close.
• Adjust house accounts and maintain an adjustment log.
• Process credit cards, post room charges and tax.
• Prepare Daily Report by auditing ledgers and micros reports.
• Reset systems for next day’s operations.
• Distribute accurate daily reports to departments.
• Respond to guest requests, complaints, or questions politely.
