Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our Front Office team, responsible for overnight guest service, daily financial audits, and ensuring a smooth start for the next day. The role emphasizes accuracy, independence, and professional guest interaction.

The position requires strong attention to detail, ability to work overnight shifts including weekends/holidays, and familiarity with hotel PMS and financial reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk, night audit, or related roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn PMS and financial reporting systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude during check-in/out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, packages, and services.
• Balance nightly Front Office transactions and prepare daily financial reports.
