Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is hiring an Overnight Front Office Agent at Grand Hyatt DFW, located inside Dallas Fort Worth Airport. You will deliver exceptional guest service during overnight hours while ensuring accurate hotel financial records through nightly audit processes.

This role requires strong computer skills (Opera PMS, hotSOS), keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with a calm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office or night audit preferred; Hyatt experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills with Opera PMS and hotSOS.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and reconciliation principles.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills under pressure.
• Flexible to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in/out in a warm, efficient manner.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns, resolving issues before handover.
• Manage overnight room assignments and VIP amenities.
• Balance and reconcile daily hotel transactions.
• Run nightly reports and prepare daily summaries for leadership.
• Verify and post charges, payments, and corrections.
• Prepare handover notes for the morning team.
