Vacatia in Montana is seeking a Night Auditor to join our resort team on the overnight shift from 11pm to 7am. You’ll greet guests and perform essential nightly financial and operational audits to ensure the resort runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate has front desk or hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a part-time schedule with weekend coverage and a friendly team.

Pay rate is $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during overnight hours and assist with check-ins/outs.
• Handle guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments.
• Perform nightly audit tasks: reconcile transactions, maintain logs, file registrations, prepare audit reports.
• Support special projects and maintain safety standards.
