Hyatt Regency Cincinnati, located in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, seeks a dedicated Night Auditor to ensure smooth night operations and guest satisfaction. You will handle front desk duties, process payments, and perform nightly audits with accuracy and integrity.

Ideal candidates have cash-handling experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent English communication. This role requires overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth within Davidson Hospitality Group.

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of Night Auditor or similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work overnight, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties such as guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct night audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and issues during the night.
• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities and local attractions.
